Office Manager 
  • Manages the daily operations at Professional Title   
  • Organizes office operations and procedures 
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
  • Preparation of Settlement Statements and sales documents, reconciling escrow accounts, disbursing proceeds for transactions, handling all incoming and outgoing wires, main closer of commercial transactions


Tasha Brown

Closing Coordinator 
  • Closing Real Estate Secretary for residential closings, construction loans and some commercial loans
  • Prepares settlements, statements,  title commitments, insured closing letters  and closing documents, telephone contact with agents, loan officers, brokers, etc., issues closing checks, obtains funding numbers, orders outgoing wires, handles closings on foreclosure 

Cissy Whittington

Marketing Director & Closing Coordinator & Notary Public

  • Oversees and spearheads all marketing efforts of Professional Title. Facilitates all documents necessary for a satisfactory closing of real estate transactions for agents, buyers and sellers in accordance with instructions contained in the exchange of real estate.
  •  Preparation of Settlement Statements and sale documents, handles all Home Equity Line of Credit files, prepares Act of Donations, Quitclaims Deeds and other ancillary real estate transactions, property tax research, mortgage cancellations, preparing title commitments, issuing title policies to clients.


Sherry Watts

Post Closing Coordinator

  • Handles recordation of real estate documents with the Clerk of Court offices
  • Assists with the issuance of title policies, mortgage cancellations, archiving files
  • Sends closing packages to lenders and obtains information for closing files.
